I recently moved to Albuquerque and had my turbocharger go bad on the trip. I took my car to Morris & Comanche based on a recommendation and I was impressed by the customer service and communication. I will continue to take my cars there.

Morris & Comanche Auto Service did a great job with my brakes and got me safely cruising the road again! But what really stood out to me is their amazing customer service. Every person there that I dealt with was professional, friendly and willing to help. Truly a wonderful customer service experience! Will absolutely use them again.

I initially went in to service my 95 Toyota Celica which was not passing emissions and needed an oil change in conjunction with so many other things. While the diagnostic was performed, I was given a ride home (which was close), and also a ride back to the shop. Upon returning, I discovered that my car had an array of financial land mines. Russ gave me affordable options so that I could get by with my car long enough until I found a new one. Low and behold, Russ actually knew of a car being sold which I purchased. The car was a satisfying upgrade as the car was in amazing shape with decent mileage. So far This has been the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Unfortunately before this, ALL of the mechanics I have encountered have been scumbag liars that offend the good people of our Albuquerque community. The work done here is quality and prompt. The price is more than reasonable for the customer service and the quality of auto parts used. I grew up in the small town of Edgewood in the east mountains here in NM and this shop feels like an honest home town vibe. I am now servicing my new car through their shop and plan on continuing in the future. Give these folks a try, I think you will be more than satisfied. Highly recommend this friendly and honest auto service. They have maintained our 2004 Toyota 4 runner and Toyota 2001 Tundra for years. It is conveniently located in a low key neighborhood environment and provide friendly and excellent service for a reasonable price. Thank you again !.

They inspected my vehicle and found the problem. They gave me an estimate and length of time to complete (which was less than the Dealer where I normally go to) They completed the work ahead of schedule and for less than the estimate Great people to work with and I will be back.

I have been associated with these gentlemen for over !0 years and have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, competent and above all honest and fair in their pricing. Recently, while stopping by their shop, I casually mentioned a problem I had and by the next day Russ sent me a text message informing me they could solve the problem immediately! I thought I had a huge problem and it turned out it wasn't so bad. They looked over my car then sent me a detailed explanation of needed work right away. I okayed the work and they finished the work in 24 hours.
